NEW! Highlights Of Evidence Revealed In Jan. 6 Hearings Released Today On Just Security
A new Criminal Evidence Tracker: Highlights, published on Just Security, offers highlights of key evidence and testimony presented in the first seven hearings of the House Jan. 6th Committee. The Tracker: Highlights is drawn from the Criminal Evidence Tracker published by Just Security after each of the Committee’s first seven hearings. The Tracker was created and is being updated after each hearing by Amb. Norman Eisen (ret.), CREW, and Democracy 21.
The Criminal Evidence Tracker is divided into three areas that examine whether former President Trump: conspired to defraud the United States, conspired to obstruct an official proceeding, and/or solicited election fraud in Georgia.
“As the evidence revealed by the Jan. 6th Committee grows, our Criminal Evidence Tracker has become a helpful and deeply detailed resource in identifying areas of possible criminal activity by former President Trump,” Democracy 21 President Fred Wertheimer said. “Today’s report gathers key testimony during the hearings in an easy-to-follow, witness-by-witness format.”
Wertheimer continued: “Ultimately, there must be accountability for the Trump-led effort to steal the presidency, starting at the top, in order to protect our democracy and prevent future presidential coup attempts.”
